Job summary

The Heritage Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in New York is seeking a dependable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 5-star, 79-bed facility for the long term. You will provide quality nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to maintain residents’ dignity and safety.

Ideal candidates will have an active LPN license, LTC experience, and familiarity with Sigma Care.
