Job summary

The Heritage in New York is seeking a dependable LPN to join our 5-star, 79-bed nursing home for the long term. You will build relationships with residents, become part of the team, and grow with us.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting care, and collaborating with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents, and families. Sigma Care experience is preferred; a long-term commitment is essential.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term-care or nursing-home experience preferred.
