Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• 1+ year of LPN experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

• Knowledge of drug actions and interactions; accurate assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe resident care and promote physical and emotional well-being.
• Follow care plans and Assisted Living policies; adhere to infection control procedures.
• Observe resident conditions and report changes to the Resident Services Coordinator.
• Assist with transfers and activities of daily living while maintaining safety.
