Job summary

Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center in Kenton, Ohio, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with a care team to implement individualized plans.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year, with attendance and loyalty bonuses, shift differential, and additional weekend pay.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Ohio.
• Compassionate patient care experience preferred.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report patient vitals and symptoms to the healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate care records and treatment documentation.

About the Role:

As an LPN at Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and symptoms to the healthcare team
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
