Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center in Kenton, OH, is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our patient-centered team. You will provide compassionate care, assist residents with daily living activities, and report changes to the nursing staff to support safe, high-quality care.
This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year, a state hourly range of $13.50 to $16.00 plus shift differential and weekend pay, plus opportunities for growth in a dynamic, supportive

- Deliver high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
- Participate in our interdisciplinary team approach to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
