Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a private duty nurse to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. You will travel to client homes, execute doctors’ orders, and document all observations and interventions with precision.

The role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care aligned with BAYADA standards. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in good standing in the state.

• Must possess an active nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
