BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate registered nurses to join our private-duty home health team in the PA area. You will deliver in-home care with a focus on quality, compassion, and reliability, supporting clients and families in their homes.

We offer flexible scheduling, multiple shift options (morning or overnight), and a range of benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and employer-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one private duty nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Assist families with care plans and milestones while maintaining high quality standards.

What makes private-duty nursing different than home health visits?:

• Offers traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s or 10’s)
• Hands-on care with ONE client
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
• Pediatric opportunities available (21-year-old and younger)

Available Shifts:

• Morning or overnight
• 8’s or 10’s (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements

Qualifications for Nurses:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of PA
