Country Meadows Retirement Communities in Harrisburg, PA is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for full-time night shift 11pm–7am and part-time 7am–3pm, with PRN positions available. Pay starts at $32.50–$35.00 per hour, with potential increases based on shift and experience.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state where employed.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or other health care setting.
• Leadership skills and the ability to form relationships with residents, their loved ones and co-workers.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.

Responsibilities

• Form bonds with residents, their families, and physicians to develop care plans with a big-picture view.
• Coach coworkers to monitor and support residents’ needs with urgency.
• Round with physicians, oversee orders and monitor medications.
• Educate residents and families about health issues relevant to the care plan.
• Serve as and share the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.

LPN Responsibilities:
