Job summary

Clement Manor in Wisconsin is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on the 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:30 am). This full-time or part-time position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a collaborative team environment.

You will deliver care per resident care plans, administer medications, monitor health, and document communications, while upholding respect and dignity for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies.
• Foster a culture of respect and dignity while interacting with residents, family, and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident health and provide timely documentation and communication.
