Job summary

Graceville Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to oversee medications, treatments, and supervision of Medication Aids in a caring faith-based facility. The role emphasizes resident safety, comfort and continuity of care.

You will monitor residents, support activities of daily living, document clearly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families while upholding infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

What You Must Have
