Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse in Georgia. The role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care and supervising medication administration to residents, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

You’ll monitor residents, support daily living activities, and maintain accurate documentation, with emphasis on safety, infection control, and compassionate care for our residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments with supervision where applicable.

What You Will Do

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required - we'll invest in the right heart and mindset.
