Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our residential care team. You will deliver medications and treatments, supervise Medication Aids where applicable, and monitor residents to ensure safety and comfort.

You will maintain accurate documentation, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and support daily living activities while adhering to infection control and safety standards. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in Tennessee.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to supervise Medication Aids when applicable.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse

What You Will Do

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Support activities of daily living

• Maintain clear, timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.

• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
