Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team across our caring communities in Ohio. The LPN directs resident care, collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and provides physical and psychological support to residents and families.

We offer Full Time, Part Time, and PRN 12-hour shifts with starting pay from $28.00 per hour, plus a $3.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift. Comprehensive benefits and DailyPay are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program required.
• Ohio LPN license and CPR certification required.
• Experience: at least 6 months of direct care nursing practice; long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders
• Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders
• Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders
• Focusing on providing high-quality service and care

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
• Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
