Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will support residents and families, uphold person-centered care, and contribute to a caring community.

This full-time position offers 3rd shift with a 4-day work week and a starting pay of $28.00 per hour plus $3.00 shift differential. Join our team of partners dedicated to quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio LPN license, CPR.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience; long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents.
• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Exhibit positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
• Perform related tasks as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.

We are looking for caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team. The LPNs direct resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

Job Types: Full Time

Available Shifts: 3rd Shift (4 day work week- 8 hour shift 2 weekdays, 2 12 hour shifts every other weekend)

Pay: Starting from $28.00 an hour (increases with experience) plus $3.00 2 nd and 3rd shift differential
