Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring teams across Indiana and Ohio communities. You will provide direct resident care, follow facility standards, and collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure safe, person-centered services.

Starting pay is $28.00 per hour (experience-based) with an additional $3.00 for 2nd and 3rd shift differentials. We offer 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, PT/FT/PRN roles, and a strong focus on growth within a non-profit

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from accredited or state approved school of nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR, in good standing.
• Experience: Prefer one year geriatric or clinical nursing experience.
