Job summary

Highline Post Acute is hiring LPNs to join a caring, teamwork-driven environment in Colorado. Full-time shifts are 6am-2pm Tuesday through Saturday, with additional part-time night shifts 10pm-6am on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will provide nursing care in a skilled unit, potentially supervise aides, and handle meds and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in CO.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
