Job summary

Atlas Post Acute in Colorado is seeking LPNs for full-time and part-time shifts, including 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am, with rotating weekends. You will provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, supervise CNAs as needed, and support medication passes and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.

• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants and oversee medications and treatments.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' conditions.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
