A non-profit organization in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide essential nursing services to individuals in Intermediate Care Facilities. The successful candidate will ensure clients' physical health needs are met in accordance with regulations and facilitate health coordination within the client's team. Applicants should possess an LPN license and a valid Ohio driver's license. This role offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• LPN License - State Board of Nursing.
• One year experience working as a LPN with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to individuals residing in ICFs.

What You’ll Do:

As a LPN, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing nursing services to individuals residing in our ICFs (Intermediate Care Facility). The LPN reports to a Registered Nurse and is responsible for working within the scope of their license to ensure that the physical health needs of the clients are met and maintained on an individualized basis in accordance with proceduresandcurrentfederal,state,andlocalstandards,guidelines,andregulations. LPNwill coordinatehealthneedswith membersoftheclient's teamaswellasprovidenecessarytraining to team members. LPN Will also be responsible for delegating nursing tasks to certified direct service providers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Mustbeatleast18 years of age
• LPNLicense-StateBoardofNursing

Licensure/Certification:

• LPNLicense-StateBoardofNursing
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing. (training will be provided, if not already certified)
  
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
• Ability to obtain and maintain physical crisis intervention training (as required by program).

Minimum Qualifications:

• OneyearexperienceworkingasaLPNwithintellectuallyordevelopmentallydisabled individuals preferred.

40 Hours/Week; Monday - Friday 8a-5p; On Call Rotation and Floater between locations
