Pikes Peak Post Acute in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our patient-centered care team in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge And Experience With PCC Preferred.

• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure high-quality resident care and safety.

Shifts

• Full-time, 6am-6:30pm with a weekend rotation
• Full-time, 6pm-6:30am with a weekend rotation
• Part-time, 6am-6:30pm every other Sunday
• Part-time, 6pm-6:30am every other Saturday

Rate Range - $28-$38/hour
