Responsibilities

• Provide nursing coverage (on a 24/7 basis) for facility on assigned shift.
• Dispense physician ordered medication; perform assessments; respond to emergency situations.
• Communicate concerns with medical provider/Director of Nursing/Administration.
• Work as part of the medical team to ensure the best medical care possible.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.

Job Type: Full Time and Part Time for various shifts.

Pay Structure

New Grad Starting Rate: $28.50 per hour.

Hourly Pay Range: $28.50 - $36.00 per hour. The pay rate is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Differential:

• Weekend AM: $3.00 an hour.
• Weekday PM/ON: $3.00 an hour.
• Weekend PM/ON: $4.00 an hour.
