Job summary

Centennial Post Acute in Anchorage, AK is seeking an LPN to join our nursing team. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Pay: $33.35–$52.45 per hour. $5000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Shift Differentials: +$1 Day | +$2.50 NOC | +$4 Weekend
