Job summary

Centennial Post Acute in Anchorage, AK is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and administer medications with attention to safety and accuracy.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team, supervise nursing assistants as needed, and maintain precise documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
