Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Colorado is hiring full-time LPNs to join a compassionate team serving our senior residents. Open shifts include 6am-6pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday; 6pm-6am nights; and PRN shifts. You will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range: $30-$40
