Atlas Post Acute is hiring LPNs to provide compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing setting. Full-time (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am with rotating weekends), part-time, and PRN shifts are available, offering flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus, but not required

Rate Range

- $37-$40/hour
