Job summary

Winding Trails Post Acute in Boulder, CO is seeking a full-time CNA to cover 6am-6pm shifts (Thu, Fri, Sat) with PRN 6am-6pm options. You will assist residents under licensed nurses in a warm community setting.

Required: Colorado CNA license, CPR, English proficiency, and ability to pass CAPS background checks. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected; 1 year of CNA or caregiving in LTC/SNF is a plus. Pay ranges $24-$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum 10th grade).
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• CNA experience of 1 year is a plus or caregiving in LTC/SNF.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to supervising staff.
• Document care provided in charts and care plans as required.
