12 Hour Shifts: 7p–7:30a; Night Shift

Applicants must be an LPN, licensed in Ohio and pass a pre-employment background check
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and tube feeding, while ensuring adherence to established protocols
Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as needed
Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health
Maintain and utilize accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
