Schedule

• 12 Hour Shifts: 7p–7:30a; Night Shift
• Work 3 Days a week to be considered full-time and receive full-time benefits
• Every Other Weekend scheduled off

Requirements

• Applicants must be an LPN, licensed in Ohio and pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and tube feeding, while ensuring adherence to established protocols
• Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as needed
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health
• Maintain and utilize accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies

Qualifications

• LPN: 1 year (Preferred)
• LTC/Rehab: 1 year (Preferred)
