Job summary

Carle Health seeks a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviewer to authorize Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans. Under supervision, you will review documents, provide clinical guidance, and ensure IATP compliance, including risk assessments and safety planning for individuals with behavioral health needs.

You will deliver behavioral health therapy as needed and coordinate with emergency services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in behavioral health field.
• Licensing: LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT as applicable.
• Two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the LPHA for Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plan (IATP) review and authorization.
• Provide clinical feedback to clinicians to ensure medical necessity and accurate diagnosis.
• Complete risk assessments and safety planning; ensure appropriate screening tools are used.
• Document all activities related to IATP review and authorization.
