Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviewer to support Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans in outpatient community services. Under supervision, you will review documents, provide clinical guidance to team members, and ensure IATP compliance.

You will perform behavioral health assessments, lead treatment planning, provide crisis evaluation, and collaborate with clinicians and community partners to coordinate care and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• LCPC, LCSW, LMFT license/certification required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Serves as LPHA for Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans (IATP) and ensures compliance.
• Provides clinical feedback to clinicians to support medical necessity and accurate diagnosis.
• Performs risk assessment and safety planning.
• Completes required screening and assessment tools for treatment planning.
• Documents activities related to review and authorization of the IATP.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, and/or groups.
• Coordinates with crisis services and community agencies.
