This founding staff member will combine licensed professional responsibilities with the shared work of a Clubhouse Generalist, collaborating with members across work units to support eligibility, documentation, health, and member-directed goals. Qualifications

• Current NYS license as LPHA ( Physician, PA, NP, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, RN, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• At least three years of relevant experience in psychiatric rehabilitation or related settings.
• Working knowledge of NYS OMH requirements, medical-necessity documentation, confidentiality, and behavioral health reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen Clubhouse culture aligned with International Standards.
• Work side-by-side with members in units to create meaningful work opportunities.
• Support recreational and social programming to strengthen community.
• Assist enrollment, eligibility documents, and WRAP plans.
• Identify community resources and link members to HALI programs.
• Complete LPHA recommendations and required documentation per regulations.
