HALI Clubhouse is seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) Generalist to join the HALI Clubhouse. The founding staff member will work side-by-side with members across work units, applying licensed expertise to support eligibility, documentation, health and safety, and member-directed goals.

The role emphasizes belonging, choice, meaningful work, and shared decision-making. Candidates must hold a NYS license and collaborate with diverse teams while documenting progress in EHRs.

Qualifications

• Licensed practitioner with NYS license in Healing Arts and relevant clinical background.
• Minimum three years of experience in psychiatric rehabilitation, community mental health, or recovery settings.
• Knowledge of NYS OMH requirements, medical-necessity documentation, and confidentiality.
• Willingness to complete Clubhouse International psychiatric rehabilitation training.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment, eligibility documentation and WRAP planning with members.
• Collaborate with members across work units to build skills and confidence.
• Assist in eligibility and health and safety documentation as needed.
• Participate in outreach efforts and research data collection to support growth.
