Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with LPC-S supervision responsibilities.
• Ability to provide culturally responsive, confidential, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy services.
• Maintain accurate documentation including DAP notes and treatment plans.
• Build therapeutic rapport while considering cultural and socioeconomic factors.
• Supervise and mentor developing clinicians and interns.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of new clinicians.
