You will supervise LPC-Associates, develop treatment plans, maintain compliant documentation, and stay current with best practices in counseling and crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• Active, licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas.
• Experience supervising LPC-Associates or LPC candidates.
• Strong counseling skills with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to LPC-Associate and LPC candidates pursuing licensure.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to ethical and regulatory standards.
