Ellie Mental Health in Memphis seeks an Outpatient Therapist to contribute to expanding access to quality mental health care. You will evaluate diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and document sessions per policy.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in behavioral sciences and active/licensure-eligible status (LPC-MHSP-S preferred). Collaborative, client-focused care and flexible scheduling are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited program.
• On-track to licensure in designated field.
• Clinical licensure - LPC-MHSP-S preferred and/or able to provide supervision to LPC candidates.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/adjust treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision for outpatient therapists working toward LPC-MHSP in Tennessee.
• Deliver excellent client service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
