Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license in the applicable state.
• Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
• Clinical competency across children, adolescents, and adults.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat within scope of practice.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and PMHNPs for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional ethics.
• Participate in meetings, quality improvement, and professional development.
• Deliver services in-person and via hybrid care models.
