Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join a multi-state behavioral health team. The role involves providing evidence-based psychotherapy across the lifespan in an integrated, physician-led environment.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists and PMHNPs to deliver coordinated care, maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks, and participate in meetings and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license in the applicable state.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Clinical competency across children, adolescents and adults.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment.
• Ability to assess, diagnose and treat within scope of practice.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with psychiatric providers and teams.
• Professionalism and accountability.
• Ability to work within structured clinical workflows and meet performance expectations.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions within scope of practice.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant and timely clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when indicated.
• Engage in clinical meetings and quality improvement activities.
• Deliver services in in-person and hybrid care models.
• Meet performance expectations for clinical quality and patient engagement.
