Impireum Psychiatric Group seeks experienced licensed clinical social workers to join our physician-led behavioral health team. The role covers children, adolescents, and adults, with responsibilities spanning psychotherapy, diagnostics, and treatment planning within a structured, outcome-driven framework.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists and PMHNPs, ensure thorough documentation, and contribute to coordinated care in a multi-state setting.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Social Work required from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the practicing state.
• Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to treat children, adolescents, and adults.
• Strong documentation and patient engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Conduct biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and PMHNPs as part of integrated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using eCW.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and manage risk factors.
