Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking Associate Therapists (LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A) to join our growing behavioral health team across multiple states. Qualificações

• Associate-level license: LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A (or equivalent).
• Eligible for supervision under state guidelines.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.

• Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual therapy under supervision using evidence-based approaches
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Participate in structured supervision and clinical development
• Deliver care via in-person and hybrid settings
