Access Health Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our clinical team in a remote role. You will provide evidence-based, client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, and families, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to support mental and emotional well-being.

• Active and unrestricted LPC or LICSW license in the US
• 1–3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic techniques
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
• Participate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and staff meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
• Support clients in accessing community resources and services
• Stay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education

The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, client-centered therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
