Velocity Staffing in Livonia, MI is seeking an LPC Clinical Supervisor for a leadership track role. The position is hybrid (in-person & telehealth) and full-time, with a base rate of $61–$84 per clinical hour plus commission, and total annual compensation of $92,000–$114,000.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualifying hires. You will build a team, shape clinic growth, and partner with ownership on outreach.

Qualifications

• Active MI LPC license and MI board-approved supervisor status.
• 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience (private practice preferred).
• Master's degree or higher in behavioral science field.
• Strong working knowledge of Michigan mental health regulations.
• A natural mentor who loves nurturing supervisees and early-career clinicians.

What we’re looking for

What you’ll earn

• $61–$84 per clinical hour — a clinical base plus commission on every session, with your exact rate depending on payer mix
• $100,000–$114,000 in total annual compensation once you combine clinical pay, your supervision stipend, and benefits
• Supervisor stipend of up to $2,400/month — your pay grows as your team grows to six supervisees
• Guaranteed pay during your 4-week onboarding while you build your caseload
• $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires starting before August 10th, paid after 90 days
