Job summary

Thriveworks in New Haven, CT is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Connecticut licensure as an LPC to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Eligible candidates must be pursuing independent licensure and reside within 45 minutes of the New Haven office, with a 50/50 hybrid work model after a probationary in-office period.

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Connecticut.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing (DSM-5) under supervision.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
