Job summary

Thriveworks in West Hartford, CT seeks provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Connecticut licensure as an LCSW to deliver a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience treating depression and anxiety; DSM-5 under supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and in-person psychotherapy sessions.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy under licensed supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and collaborate with clinical team.
• Commit to 30+ hours of client availability weekly; participate in supervision and team activities.
