Thriveworks Counseling in Cheshire, CT is seeking Licensed Masters Social Workers pursuing Connecticut licensure (LCSW) to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. You must be approved by board as an MSW and live in CT, within 45 minutes of the Cheshire office.

The probationary period requires in-office work, then a 50/50 hybrid model. This role offers independent practice, up to 75,000 USD based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed MSW approved by the board.
• Connecticut residency within 45 minutes of the Cheshire office.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour MSW program.
• Experience treating depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and DSM-5 diagnoses under supervision.
• Available for at least 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.
• Open to treating couples and children.
• Proficient with telehealth and EHR tools.
