VulcanForms Inc. seeks an Engineering Technician to operate LPBF printers, translate designs into prints, and ensure equipment readiness and product quality. You will work closely with engineers, maintain thorough documentation, and support both development and production‑scale initiatives.

The role is hands-on in a manufacturing environment with a focus on repeatable processes, cross‑functional collaboration, and traceable data to enable continuous improvement.

Formación

• 2+ years in additive manufacturing or hands-on production.
• Familiarity with 3D printing concepts; LPBF is a plus.
• Comfort with technical software and following detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and traceable documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and maintain LPBF printers for development and production.
• Prepare and execute print jobs using internal printer software with parameters.
• Support development by delivering prints on schedule for commitments.
• Assist with printer installation, qualification, and validation activities (IQ/SAT/OQ/PQ).
• Support production scaling and demonstrations for qualification runs.
• Monitor print quality and escalate issues related to materials or parameters.
• Maintain records, build docs, and data for traceability and improvement.
