Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Familiarity with private funds, fund operations, and investor reporting.
• Experience in client services, investor relations, or fund operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or data management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple LP requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for LP inquiries and service requests.
• Assist LPs with capital calls, distributions, statements, and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual LP reports and updates.
• Support LP onboarding and maintain investor records.
• Coordinate with portfolio and operations teams to resolve LP issues.
• Monitor LP activity, requests, and resolutions.
• Identify process improvements to enhance LP service and efficiency.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal teams.
