Reporting To:

Production Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing integrated with production lines.
  2. Perform work manually or using light hand tools.
  3. Conduct regular quality testing as part of the production process.
  4. Operate within standard procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  5. Demonstrate ABB’s core values and adhere to safety and integrity standards.
  6. Ensure compliance with ABB’s code of conduct, standards, policies, and regulations.
  7. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards, including risk reporting.
  8. Collaborate effectively with team members and manage stakeholder relationships.
  9. Engage in continuous learning and personal development.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Proficiency with tools such as tape measures, calipers, grinders, etc.
  • Legal work authorization for employment in the US.
