Job summary

A regional energy cooperative is seeking an LP Delivery Driver to oversee outside sales of propane gas to various accounts. The successful candidate will ensure punctual and safe delivery while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include building a customer base and maintaining necessary records. Candidates must obtain a Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. This position offers a competitive benefits package including health coverage and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Outside sales experience and territory knowledge is a plus.
• Must have or be able to obtain Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane to customer locations efficiently and safely.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries.
• Build customer base using various sales techniques.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations.
• Operate truck following established safety procedures.
• Perform installation, removal and service as needed.
• Provide back up to Energy department as needed.
