Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking a Program Manager to lead planning, development, and launch of technology-enabled programs within Loyalty Operations. You will partner with stakeholders, write clear requirements, and bridge business needs with IT delivery in a 4-days-onsite role based in North Bethesda, MD or Scottsdale, AZ.

This individual contributor position reports to the Director of Loyalty Operations and requires strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in an agile environment.
• Deep knowledge (5+ years) of hotel systems preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional solution development with multiple stakeholders; indirect leadership of tech resources required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of loyalty programs with stakeholder requirements and market knowledge.
• Write sound business requirements grounded in strategy and internal system capabilities.
• Own and execute program enhancements from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Set and track project schedules, provide resource usage and status updates, and report risks and decisions.
• Communicate roadmaps, milestones, specifications, value proposition, training tools, and competitive information to stakeholders.
• Lead user acceptance testing for assigned projects.
• Manage programs post-launch with performance evaluations and insights for future enhancements.
