Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of loyalty across our restaurant portfolio, turning customer insights into experiences that drive growth and engagement.

You will own the loyalty roadmap, partner with engineering, design, analytics, operations, marketing and brands to define solutions, measure impact, and deliver scalable capabilities for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• 4-year or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, CS, or related field.
• 5–7 years of product management with agile experience.
• Strong thought leadership in digital customer experiences.
• Experience collaborating with business and IT to meet objectives.
• Loyalty or offers experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap with guest and business insights.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch and retirement.
• Partner across brands and functions to deliver scalable tech capabilities.
• Design user-centric experiences for administrators, operators, and guests.
• Measure outcomes with KPI management and stakeholder education
