Responsibilities

• Partner with Sr. Manager, Loyalty Offers to shape loyalty partnership strategy and GTM plans.
• Lead end-to-end management of loyalty partnerships and activation plans.
• Develop and launch strategic loyalty offers with Marketing, Analytics, and Merchandising partners.
• Design and execute test-and-learn strategies to optimize offers and KPIs.
• Influence cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and brand compliance.
• Manage omnichannel customer experience related to loyalty partnerships.
• Analyze partnership performance and report insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor competitive loyalty activity to inform strategy.
