Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking a Manager, Member Engagement & Activations in Knoxville, TN to lead the evolution of Regal Reward Center and member experiences. You will manage rewards, partnerships, and inventory while collaborating with multiple internal teams to deliver meaningful value to loyalty members.

The role emphasizes creating compelling experiences, analyzing engagement data, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless member journeys.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in loyalty, customer engagement, merchandising, e-commerce, experiential marketing, vendor management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance rewards, benefits, merchandise, collectibles, and experiences for Regal loyalty members.
• Oversee Reward Center lifecycle: sourcing, launches, inventory, fulfilment, replenishment, retirement of rewards.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, licensors, fulfilment partners, and collaborators.
• Analyze redemption activity, member feedback, performance metrics, and trends to optimize rewards and experiences.
• Collaborate with Loyalty Strategy, Marketing, Film, Operations, Technology, Finance, Creative, Analytics and Guest Services teams.
